DESIGNED FOR
Fire alarm and emergency power systems - where four circuits share one cable run, such as multi-zone alarm panels or combined power and signal distribution.
Tunnels and metro stations - long underground runs with several loads per route, where smoke and halogen output must stay near zero.
High-rise buildings - emergency lighting, evacuation signage, and life safety circuits spread across multiple floors.
Public infrastructure - airports, hospitals, and stations where shielded control lines must resist electromagnetic interference.

QUALITY CONTROL
Every conductor is measured. DC resistance on all four cores must stay at or below 12.1Ω/km before the cable moves to the next step.
Dielectric test at 2kV for 5 minutes. No breakdown allowed. This is done on the complete cable, not just a sample.
Silicone insulation checked core by core. Diameter and concentricity are verified to keep impedance stable and prevent hot spots.
Shield and drain wire continuity. Every drum is tested to confirm the foil is properly bonded and grounded.
PH120 fire test and print check. Before the drum is sealed, the cable must pass the fire test and the 4C marking must be legible and correct.
PRODUCTION PROCESS
Step 1 - Conductor drawing. Bare copper is drawn down to 1.36mm solid wire for each of the four cores.
Step 2 - Silicone extrusion. Each core gets a 2.50mm silicone rubber jacket rated for +90℃ continuous operation.
Step 3 - Cabling and shielding. The four cores are laid up with PET tape, Al/Mylar foil, and a tinned copper drain wire.
Step 4 - LSZH jacketing. The red flame-retardant jacket is extruded and printed with the 1.5MM²/4C marking.
Step 5 - Fire and electrical testing. Each drum is tested to PH120 and full electrical requirements before it leaves the factory.
ABOUT US
We are a cable factory, not a trading company. Drawing, insulation, shielding, and jacketing - all in-house. That means tighter quality control, flexible specifications, and realistic lead times.
