Structural Design & Signal Benefits
- Conductor System: Adopts 20 AWG 7×28 stranded tinned copper conductors, formed by precision bunch-stranding process. Each conductor is made of 7 strands of 28 AWG tinned copper wire, with uniform anti-oxidation tinned treatment on the copper surface.
- Insulation Layer: High-performance polypropylene (PP) insulation is uniformly extruded on each single conductor, with consistent wall thickness and no eccentricity, ensuring stable insulation performance.
- Core Configuration: 11 independent twisted pairs, manufactured with optimized lay length twisting process, forming a dedicated balanced transmission structure for each signal loop.
- Shielding System: Each twisted pair is equipped with an individual shielding layer with 100% coverage, and every shielded pair is matched with a 22 AWG stranded tinned copper drain wire for reliable low-impedance grounding.
- Outer Sheath: Integral uniform-extrusion PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) outer jacket, with smooth surface, excellent mechanical strength and environmental adaptability.
